Your results will depend on many factors outside our control, including your adherence to the program, genetics, lifestyle, health status, and effort. Team One of One makes no guarantees of specific weight loss, muscle gain, body composition changes, or other fitness outcomes.
Kickstart Program ($500): Payment is processed by FastPayDirect. You will be directed to FastPayDirect’s payment platform to complete your purchase. By completing the transaction, you agree to FastPayDirect’s terms and acknowledge that your payment information is collected and stored by FastPayDirect, not by Team One of One.
High-Ticket Coaching Program: Pricing, payment schedules, and specific program terms are provided separately via a written coaching agreement, executed prior to program commencement. Monthly or lump-sum payment details will be documented in that agreement.
All prices are in US dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Refund eligibility, conditions, and the process for requesting a refund are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

Purchasing a program grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the program materials for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, sell, copy, or redistribute program materials without prior written consent.
This site integrates with third-party services including GoHighLevel (CRM/hosting), FastPayDirect (payment), Meta/Facebook (advertising), Google (fonts), and YouTube (video). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
This website and all programs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any program or this website, at our discretion, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Team One of One, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use program materials ends immediately. Refund eligibility in the event of termination is governed by our Refund Policy.
