Important: This policy covers a fitness coaching program that collects health and body composition data as part of the intake process. By using this website or submitting your information, you acknowledge that we handle this data as described below.

As part of our fitness assessment quiz and coaching application, we collect health-related information. This data is used solely to assess program fit and deliver personalized coaching. We treat it as sensitive personal information.
Based on your quiz responses, we calculate estimates including: daily calorie targets, protein/carbohydrate/fat targets, composite training and nutrition readiness scores, and a probability estimate of achieving results independently versus with coaching. We also assign an internal lead-tier classification to route your application to the right program track.
Our page host (GoHighLevel) and embedded third-party services (Google Fonts, YouTube, Meta) may automatically collect standard technical data including your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. We do not directly set cookies or use local storage on this site. See Section 5 for details.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following service providers (“sub-processors”) under contract, to the extent necessary to operate our business:
Our CRM and page-hosting platform. All quiz and coaching application data submitted through this site is transmitted to GoHighLevel via a secure webhook and stored in our account. GoHighLevel processes data under its own Privacy Policy.
Payment processor for the $500 Kickstart program. When you click our payment link, you are directed to FastPayDirect’s platform, which collects your payment card details and billing information directly. We do not receive or store your card data. FastPayDirect processes payments under its own privacy and security policies.
Our website pages contain Meta Pixel code (currently inactive / commented out in the page code). We may activate the Meta Pixel and/or a server-side Meta Conversions API to measure and optimize paid advertising campaigns. Only purchase and conversion event data (e.g., a completed Kickstart purchase) and hashed versions of your contact identifiers (email address, phone number, name) are ever transmitted to Meta — solely for ad measurement and audience matching. Quiz responses, health data, body-composition data, and application responses are never sent to Meta or any other ad platform. We honor opt-out requests as described in Section 7.
Google Fonts are loaded on every page via Google’s CDN, which may collect your IP address and browser data per Google’s Privacy Policy.
Testimonial and program videos on this site are embedded from YouTube, which may set cookies and collect viewing data per Google’s Privacy Policy.
Market Hacker is the agency that built and maintains this funnel and the GoHighLevel account on our behalf. Market Hacker may access your data in the course of technical support and system maintenance and is bound by a data processing agreement.
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Team One of One, our clients, or others.
Our own page code does not set cookies or use browser local storage or session storage.
The following third parties may set their own cookies when you visit this site:
You can control cookies through your browser settings or opt out of Meta advertising at facebook.com/adpreferences.
We retain your personal information in our CRM (GoHighLevel) for as long as your coaching relationship is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for business records. Health and body composition data submitted through intake forms is kept as part of your coaching profile. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
You have additional rights to data portability, restriction of processing, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Our legal basis for processing your health/body data is your explicit consent (provided when you submit the intake form) and the performance of a contract for coaching services.
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your data), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
To exercise any right, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Health and body composition data (Section 2.2) is treated with heightened care. We use it only to deliver and improve coaching services. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to make automated decisions that produce legal effects. Access to this data within our systems is restricted to Coach Elijah and authorized technical staff who need it to deliver services.
Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our site, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and secure third-party infrastructure (GoHighLevel). No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.
This site contains links to third-party websites (FastPayDirect, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes (such as activating the Meta Pixel or CAPI) will be communicated by updating this page before implementation.
